2025 Q4

Rachna G. was recognized for Teamwork, Owning the Problem, and Creating Value for her steady leadership across projects, ensuring communication, coordination, and execution remained aligned with client expectations.
Joey B. was recognized for Owning the Problem for stepping up as a clutch contributor across multiple major projects, tackling critical features and extra hours despite personal demands.

Bill B. & Mark G. were recognized for Creating Value and Owning the Problem due to their impressive work on a complicated .Net upgrade project.
Derek D. was recognized for Teamwork, Embracing Growth and Owning the Problem through his outstanding software engineering work on multiple projects (including finding a docker solution for a client’s broken platform) and for also helping a few co-workers understand a new technical system.
Josh B. was recognized for Teamwork for seamlessly taking over a process to complete and submit a complicated event application in order to accommodate a co-worker’s vacation schedule.
Shawn D. was recognized for Appreciating People through his consistent efforts to call out team members and their contributions to work projects and finding value (professionally and personally) in everyone he works with. Also, Shawn earned a shoutout for Creating Value in DevIQ’s recent new logo acquisitions and the projects that accompany them.
Eric B. was recognized for Embracing Growth and Owning the Problem through mastering new systems and areas of technology (AWS, AI) and his support of a new internal web-agent project.
