One Touch Intelligence provides consumer monitoring, reporting, and analytics to media and communications providers such as Turner Broadcast, HBO, Fox, and Comcast in order to develop programming and advertising to meet consumer needs.
Due to the vast amount of custom media, reporting, and analytics provided to each of their customers, One Touch Intelligence had developed a custom content platform to deliver data to their customers. One Touch Media was contractually obligated to provide an update to their online content delivery platform in order to renew contracts with their valued customers. With no internal development team, One Touch Intelligence asked DevIQ to help them release a new version of their platform.
With customer retention on the line, DevIQ was able to quickly understand the business challenge, assess the current technology and create a project plan to meet One Touch Intelligence’s requirements. It was clear to DevIQ that the legacy platform was lacking critical functionality that would enable One Touch Intelligence to have a competitive advantage and deliver functionality that customers have grown to expect. Instead of simply updating the old system, DevIQ completely overhauled the technology to include a new user interface, collaboration tools, mobile application, archive backbone, customized notifications and subscriptions, robust reporting, and increased document organization and visibility.
Utilizing agile methodology and a disciplined project management approach, DevIQ was able to deliver the new version of the platform on time and within budget.
The project was delivered in six months – on time and on budget. The partnership with DevIQ allowed One Touch Intelligence to renew 3-year contracts with all of their customers. Additionally, the increased functionality increased efficiency and organization and overall customer satisfaction.
